Is your goal to flip homes and/or do "buy and hold" real estate investing?

The average everyday home seller doesn't want to hear your creative solution to their "problem" (because they don't have a problem - they just WANT to sell).

After taking a new job, I find myself home far less and needed to simplify.

Curious if there’s anyone out there that’s recently bought a home with a crumbling foundation.

My headaches have been minimal thus far.However, most important for you is to look for a base hit, not a home run.

If there is a change to zoning, there would like be a grandfather clause allowing you to continue to use your home as a residence.

However, there are an infinite number of substances in a home to test so this seems hit or miss. 

So I was playing around the data and created a simple interactive map for housing market data visualization by counties across the US, like home prices distribution, mean days on market, listings number, etc.
