Does the title company have to be in the location of the market I'm working in, or can it be anywhere?

Hi everyone, my company builds single family homes in SW Florida, I have had a few potential buyers reaching out to me regarding potentially submitting an offer and going under contract for different properties, while they are under construction.

It's even getting worse now after Facebook stock going over one hundred dollar within few months, some employee would just cash out their RSU and grab those hahahaFor tech employee that's outside Mag7 company we can't compete with FANG/MAG7 investors/homeowners hahaha lol

@Richard Bechtol  So essentially are you saying that you would establish the property in an LLC and then have the trust work as a holding company and have the LLC in that?

We are in the market for a trusted and recommended real estate agent who specializes in investment properties, a contractor for any future work needed, and a well-established property manager/management company (the most important to us).

He is responsible for gas/electric.He called me yesterday and notified me that the electric company disconnected his service 2 months a go because his bill got too big and he can not pay it at the moment.

Would this be a title company attorney or someone else? 

That means I don't have insurance company to fight for.
