Is it a service a carpet cleaner could possibly execute as a service?

I can tell you that we are executing a somewhat similar plan to hers.

Know the plan, show it to your lender, your PM, us, then execute.

Operationally, you want to understand the business plan, the market, the team that is executing the business plan, and all the other various factors that you would use to identify any investment.
