There are many stores that were online only but now are adding in physical stores (Amazon included) which should tell people brick and mortar is not going away just transforming and updating like any industry across the board in the United States as times change.Dollar Stores typically have a size of about 10,000 to 12,000 sq ft and pay about 8 to 10 bucks a foot in rent for freestanding unless location is stellar and then I have seen sometimes up to 14 or so a foot in most markets.

I did one on a 18 foot lot I think and I passed on one that was 15 wide and some other builder snagged it and did real good on it.. kick myself for that one..we will be there next Thursday through Tues.. maybe run into you guys.

For 900 square feet, I would do it. 

Unfortunately, I was so focused on getting the tarp on to avoid further damage that I made the mistake of not asking what the price would be for the tarp.The roofing company has since sent me a bill for $800 for a 320 sq foot tarp, which seems high.

Also this is West Humboldt Park, Chicago, thinking of renting closer to Logan Square.
