You could try contacting owners whose rental listings have been sitting on CL or Zillow for a while. 

Assuming you're referring to Ga, sit down with a local RE attorney.  

One of them I rent from now and the other sits beside it.

I would rather price a property to move quickly than push up the price to cover the conventional realtor expense and have it sit on the market twice as long. 

We already have quite a bit just sitting there.  

Also, I'm pretty certain owning my own business is the only way I will be happy - I'll never be satisfied if I'm not sitting at the table when the 'big' decisions steering a company direction are made. 

But it doesn't sound as if these people will catch up, if only the mother works and they're used to sitting on the couch.
