Start posting unique content on your blog that can then be shared out to the various social platforms. 1 piece of good content with an attractive title can feed your other platforms and bring people back to your website.

Hello BP community and Newbie REI's,I'm new too the BP world but NOT to real estate and most importantly sales and marketing.Since this site is about learning I wanted to give some of the new people attempting to get into REI or wholesaling one of the most important pieces of advice you could get:"TREAT THIS LIKE A REAL BUSINESS"!!!!!

The vinyl floor might last longer but can be more labor intensive because the non-click variety are usually smaller pieces and they recommend luan underneath to adhere correctly.

Not very labor intensive, but you're going to want a descent sized piece of equipment with a breaker attachment.

Go to the person and offer to "partner" with that person for a piece of the back end.  

So here's another piece of info I didn't discuss just to not muddy the water any.

I also had purchased a foreclosed condo which happened to have a large number of pieces of new furniture in it, which helped me save on furnishing costs. 

If not, I feel like this is a big missing piece that could add value to the app.
