Unfortunately that’s how my brain works sometimes and I guess what I’m looking to do is be prepared to scale ASAP.

I've seen people scale to thousands of units in just a few years.

I am considering doing some BRRR SF deals but I currently want to scale faster than SF can allow so want to stick with a MF strategy for now (always willing to shift in the future if necessary).

They sometimes charge higher fees or interest rates but it’s the cost of being able to scale.
