I’m looking to speak with a reputable and knowledgeable property management company for single-family homes in the Canton Ga/ Cartersville Ga area. I’m ready to purchase now, but want to start getting my ducks in a row.

Had three separate plumbers come look at it and all have said it needs nothing and do not recommend replacement.

I had my own plumber take a look at the main water shut off, there is no tag nor lock from the city claiming they are the ones that shut the water off, this leads me to believe the owner's had someone shut it off themselves. 

My reputation means more to me than trying to wholesale a deal with not much room for profit.

Systems, *great cleaner*, 2 handymen on speed dial, hvac, plumber, electrician, etc. and a smart phone.

If you want the color to turn out in the proper shade, go to a reputable place and spend the extra money (somewhere like Sherwin Williams).

The CG is now requesting I pay the $700 for their fee for submitting permits and to pay back the Plumber who also filed a permit.There is no signed contract between us, but the contractors did submit the permits.Do I pay this or not?

Plan would be to live in one area, fix the other and rent it, then fix where I'm living next.Although I haven't spoken to them yet, I have a lot of family (a lot) living on long island, so I'm hopeful I'd be able to find good plumbers, electricians, etc in the area. 

One of my next steps is meeting with reputable wholesalers in the area to start targeting deals.
