Hello all,I wanted to ask for everyone's help for a fairly large problem I am having for a rental I purchased.

To the west is also popular, like Pooler, but I'm not familiar with regulations.You could do Mid-Term Rentals, 30+ day anywhere for now.You could house hack and from what I understand, there is no restriction if the unit is owner occupied in some form.

Since I am not local I am hoping some of the experienced investors can tell me which neighborhoods make for great rentals. 

I have a 4 unit building in Long Beach CA and looking for alternative rental property insurance companies. 

Would you think it would be a rental further down the line, plan is to stay in it and rent it out in the future.

I live in one and rent the other for positive cash flow of $400.After all is done, I would have 2 rental properties.
