I know that you can't prevent tenants from installing satellite TV, but can a landlord require a satellite TV company to remove the wire, and restore the holes?

My understanding is that FHA have waived the 90 day requirement until 12/31/2014... which will probably be extended further or removed entirely.... some lenders still refuse to write loans within 90 days.
