There's so many questions for you to answer first that have nothing to do with real estate investing.

@Michael LongAlmost all title companies can handle assignments --- the issue is that sometimes they don't like the answer that title companies have. 

I know the real answer to your question is much more complicated than this, but hopefully this explanation helps:When you pay down the loan balance of your property faster than the loan term, this saves you a lot of loan interest payments. 

Also he is not answering calls or emails.

Can't say I know the best answer to that.

If you don't get the right answer you can always escalate it to the actual broker, the owners of the company, regional managers, etc... 

The bottom line is will it cash flow and you need all of the information they're asking before you'll really know the answer. 

I know a common answer is that I have to network, get out there, ask around, etc. but I am still confused on what information I am supposed to be trying to find out from these efforts.
