I tell all my clients I would rather see them use that big amount of money to invest in real estate.

It doesn't make sense that they would give it to the world for free.

Review for Phillip Vincent: The 3 days to San Louis are worthy but the $31K he charges after that is not worthy at all, he make it sound like what he offers for the $31k is a great value but at the end is just the same you learn on the 3 days, he make sound like a real value and sadly I fall for that, my savings into the trash can 😭

Could I have a real estate agent find a buyer for this contract/property and offer the agent a percentage of the assignment fee? 

Ask your real estate agent about the area and do your own research.
