I would do a deal where they get a quarterly check for how much profit was made!

Internal notes, such as budget X in quarter Y, hire additional staff to make Z happen, etc...

Worst case scenario, I could always just manually retype the last mortgage that was filed by a bank and make changes as needed but that is a pain in the butt without even contemplating possible copyright issues.Simple terms:  $80,000 at 5%, interest only and paid quarterly with 2 year term and balloon.

I'd tell them NO - it does not matter to me whether they pay monthly or quarterly or annually, so why do I give them a discount?
