You can however focus on the most recent occurrences.As you know, it's not a good idea to allow a tenant to routinely pay rent late and it's not a good idea to allow a tenant to deduct anything from the amount of rent that is due.The whole stove incident could have been handled better if after she failed to allow the stove delivery the first time, you had served a legal Notice to Enter for the purpose of installing the stove on your second attempt.

I have a multimember LLC taxed as a partnership.For one trip using my personal vehicle for the purpose of renovating one unit at an apartment complex, total mileage = 100 x 53.5 cents/mile = $53.5Does the LLC then reimburse me for that amount, so that the expense now becomes the LLC's, and not my own?
