Hi @Daniel Dadzie.Our company is very sensitive to spam and advertisements.

However, this morning, the lender called me saying he no longer works for the company and they are switching lenders.

i would search google for prefab companies and speak to a few reps to how they're systems work . 

By no means does any modular company use 20% more lumber than a site built home.
