The keypad for the timer and clock is out on the oven, a few hundred bucks to repair so it will stay broken.SS looks great and I would put it in a high rent unit but be prepared for expensive repairs if they are indeed high end appliances.

If they are TAW then you can do that with proper notice, but if you don't lower the rent be prepared that they might get pissed and leave (I am assuming these units pay a premium over the ones that pay their own heat).If they are on leases you will pretty have to suck it up until they are up for renewal.
