There are several options:- Guesty + cleaning services: apparently Guesty can interact with guests and contact/manage an outside cleaning service. guest does not have their own cleaning team and is an online service only.- Superhost: same thing as guesty?

"Condo Association" is all my loan officer had to say to strike away all my excitement in becoming an investor....It's been hours everyday in anticipation, knowing I had a little golden goose waiting to claim.....What is standing in the way is ......The condo has ridiculous fees and management was known for all their problems so I knew there was NO WAY they'll meet the bank's preferences.....surely enough I'm right!

-contact local landlords and get their feeling of the interaction (easy, heavy handed, not at all, waiting forever) with the local HA; also for the quality of the available local section 8 tenants- i would look for tenants previously long-term in their former place; then you educate them/train them to your requirementscontinuous success
