Contrary to popular belief you don't need to spend money to make money in this business.

The Kihei area in particular is mostly vacation rental condos and a very popular spot for those looking for good accommodation deals in a great area.  

They have free videos online to view and at least you will learn the process. 

Although it's popular for people and films to blame "greed" it's tough to argue that caused the bubble because that would mean people just all of a sudden became exponentially more greedy.

I want to see estimated rehab costs (that actually come close at least to matching to a contractor's offer), pictures/videos, and a conservative ARV figure.
