The lease they sign then states they must show proof of all utilities scheduled in their name, required renter's insurance policy, and have met the requirements of any addendum (pet, fireplace, etc.), before possession will  be granted.

We have an online application that we require first before sending the potential tenant on to the credit/background check, because we want to know a lot of things that Cozy doesn't care about, like pets, number of cars, kids, years at their job, previous address, etc.

I have typically done plain white horizontal mini-blinds, and live with having to replace them every 2 years or so.If pets are allowed, especially dogs, then all blinds are basically need replacing at every turn over.
