His father raped him when the father was still a minor and dear ol' dads girlfriend kept getting pregnant, and for entertainment she'd get drunk and fist fight the neighbors in the alley (while pregnant) and they'd take her babies away at the hospital (5 babies), -- the grandmother wanted me to install a dead bolt on the outside of the kid rapists bedroom door.

This is two-fold: on one hand he has to compete with the NYUs and Columbias who companies KNOW are solid programs so they won't even entertain coming to Rutgers to recruit, BUT ON THE OTHER HAND, the Rutgers real estate program will work their tails off to get you into some of these top firms, because they want to say "an RBS Real Estate grad now works at [insert top name prestigious firm here]" on their Admissions flyers.

In Arizona, an outdoor unheated swimming pool will add more value than an outdoor swimming pool in Alaska, since an evaluation of market data will show that buyers are willing to pay a bit of a premium in Arizona, but not in Alaska (in fact, the market data might say that an outdoor unheated swimming pool HURTS value, in Alaska).

If the tenant wishes to keep any outdoor pets, I require (with an addendum to the lease) that they be kenneled at the tenant’s expense and that they obtain (and show it to me...I already have my own copies on record) a printed copy of and follow all local laws (for feeding, watering, leashing, and sheltering the pet) and ordinances pertaining to pet ownership.
