I recently stumbled across BP while searching some info about REI.

I've got access to good title search tools and data due to my business associations in commercial real estate appraisal, so it sounds like I just need to put in a little more legwork and familiarize myself more intimately with building codes and structural red flags and bid more aggressively on these properties.Thanks again, invaluable input from all!

I help organize a meetup in Cincinnati and I know that a lot of deals have been closed on among the members that would not have met each other without the meetup.

Hello,I'm not even sure what terms to search in here to find out if anyone has tried this before but here's the idea. 

But basically I would search the websites constantly for houses I thought fit me which a small criteria for me as I said above basically under 30k that rents above 600, I have always thought I would be willing to pay more for a rent ready one but never did pull the trigger on any.

Anyone have any organizations they recommend to go to when looking for a line of credit?

I've put my search on hold. 

Two together make about $4000 and the third is job searching and her parents are willing to co-sign.
