Looking to invest in Georgia!

Good afternoon everyone! I recently stumbled across BP while searching some info about REI. Looks to me that this is an amazing group with mounds of knowledge and perspectives. I have not bought, or even bid on my first REI. I am looking to buy and hold for long term returns. I’ve noticed quite a few of you mentioning the BRRR strategy and it seems to be sound. I can see where one could lose quickly if not on top of things. My first job was plumbing, second job was hvac(licensed), and third job has been project manager and currently Sr. Project manager for a residential/commercial construction company here locally. As you can tell I have steady income from my current job, but looking to expand my assets to something a little more lucrative than a couple of 4wheelers. Just wanted to say hello and keep up the great post. Lots of information to read on here! Have a great week!
