Depending on the lenders, there is a chance that the investor on the back end could notify the lenders that there are two open files for the same property in which case you would have some explaining to do.  

Build its credit by opening accounts in the LLC's name and making timely payments.

I currently have a deal on a duplex that is seller financed that I wouldnt mind wholesaling. 

I don’t mind spending 10-15 k out of pocket in the first couple of years because of high appreciation in the area.

I just found too many of my tenants were keeping their heat at 78 degrees with their windows open on -20 degree days.

I understand and respect others time so I’m open to how I could be of value to those who may be interested by utilizing my construction experience.
