Hi BiggerPockets Family,I am looking to insure a triplex that I own in Philadelphia which is under my LLC. 

I purchased it under my name but was thinking of transferring it to LLC.

In finding a new place to reside, I would again require funds for a downpayment on the purchase of a new home or reside in a rental myself until I save up enough funds for another purchase.  3. 

How new of a group is this?
