I work three days a week as an MRI technologist currently with 4 days off, so my thought is that I could definitely stand to pick up extra in hopes to make those connections!

It has been a very long winter, and for investors and real estate pros alike, the season is off to a brisk start. 

Insurances, contractors, realtors, off market properties, cold calling, etc all seemed so difficult....BUT...After 1 year, I've now completed multiple rehabs, have more properties in the pipeline, have investors on board, and all of those worries are now just day to day operations.

My wife will not be here much in season, we live in Austin TX during the off-season.

With a typical BRRRR deal you would like to refinance out ALL your money because part of it will pay off the original loan.

I have sold on contract twice to this situation and got paid off within 20 months.. 

This simple stretch cuts about 25 minutes off of a drive headed to the northern outskirts of Winston (Like Rural Hall/Germanton, and into King/Stokes County).
