Thanks for the response @Jassem A.The 5 day notice that I found online included language that payment would not prevent me from trying to obtain possession, but I'll definitely add it to a receipt if I get paid.I'm really hoping they don't pay.

It is my plan to start with flipping smaller single-family homes to increase our investment pool so that multi-family properties are an obtainable goal.For the next two or three months I plan on gathering information and networking with as many people as I can to create a sound business plan.
