I would like to continue working as a Software Engineer and build a portfolio to pay for my children's college in the future, take nice vacations, and pay my current monthly mortgage. 

It would be nice to syndicate deals and organize multiple deals that makes sense as done with the LLC but more often and larger scale that is manageable and comfortable.

Always nice to see good news of course. 

This sets up a nice situation for those not afraid to invest in c or d class neighborhoods .

Our company uses Metropolitan Title Co. often and they are nice to work with.

It's also nice to have a general sense of which direction those rates are moving.

It's in a high rise located on top of a hill with really nice views over Downtown and the bay.I am moving to Las Vegas at the end of next week and am potentially looking for a local property manager that can be trusted (hence reaching out to BP!).
