Hello Guys,If you were about to 1031 exchange a couple of properties and they are about to profit you 100k, what would you 1031 exchange that money into? 

You guys know the deal.Anyway, we initially dug our heels in and stood our ground, stating that we wouldn't break the lease and that if she did, HUD could potentially terminate her  Section 8 voucher.

I just found out that our maintenance guy who we've had handle most common requests on our commercial properties is retiring and I've been searching to find a replacement.

He's a younger guy and planning to move across town and buy another house. 

These travelling workers are contractors, the guys you see working on the large upright structures of steel at a petrochemical refinery and nitrogen fertilizer plant. 

My question is why are wholesalers paying the guys with large lists to blast their product instead of just taking them directly to investors.

If it is trapped in the employer plan provider and conventional stocks, then you would have in the future a nice chunk you have saved up, that can then be moved into a self-directed plan of your choosing once you leave this employer.
