@rodY I would love to find a whale in my area not a lot of luck im not going to stop til I sell something I just feel like a kid in a candy store I want to go in 5 directions I bought a mail list  and its been interesting trying to get it downloaded so I can see it or make heads or tails of it . im learning the hard way, but I will not stop This IS my retirement I HAVE to get it together ,this site is the best thing that I have found ,im in a college town I thought it would be a lil more easy then hitting a wall every place I look. also im trying to make this all happen working a few hours a week I have NOT quit my full time job as of yet ,any whales in the Georgia area need some help let me know  im ready to learn ...sonya

You could always rent out a room though if your girl is cool with it.3) Buy a Duplex -- The big sell here is telling your girlfriend that if you make this sacrifice now, you'll be much better off in 10 years and can buy an even bigger home for her to raise your kids in. 2 Homes on 1 Lot may get you the best of both worlds though, but Zillow, Redfin, etc. isn't really meant to search for that specifically.
