Looking for advice / Massachusetts Attorney recommendations for Title Insurance Claim.

With my limited knowledge and the fact that I am working full-time, I am mostly interested in investing in small multifamily rental properties(2-4 units) in CT, MA, and RI.  

Again, I am a Broker in (2) different states (MA and RI) for the last 25 years.

Hello there - I have an opportunity to invest in my first syndication deal for a multifamily in Boston, MA.

I think it would make for a nice STR, but also a very nice MTR given the proximity to so many hospitals.The problem I have is I don’t think I’ll have the time to properly devote to this additional property right now (hopefully soon).Does anyone know of, and would recommend, a good STR / MTR property management company serving Massachusetts?

I currently own (2) triplex’s in Fitchburg, Ma and my primary residence (which I plan on renting when able to purchase next home.)
