Need Lawyer advice for my condo due to a Marriage.

I am getting married next year and I own a condo I intend to rent out eventually. I make all the payments for everything out of my personal account and everything is under my name and have some questions about keeping it only under me.

1. What can I do aside from a prenup to keep my condo completely in my name and possession. Certain Trust?

2. Ive read online it says you have to keep payments involving the condo separate from a bank account your spouse has access to. Eventually my fiance will get access to a bank account that I’ve made mortage payments but these payments of course are before marriage. Can you explain how that works? Would I want to have a separate account for all condo related payments before marriage?
