A doctor that's "prescribing" based on an internet form is probably guilty of malpractice, and certainly shouldn't hold up as evidence of any disability.It might also be worth calling the agency that enforces this stuff and asking them directly.

I'm a Marketing student in Lawrenceville, GA in search for a position to intern or shadow an active REI person who may want an assistant.I have a real estate license but my end goal is to invest in real estate so I'm thinking maybe it's better to jump into learning rei than spending time in an agency.

The realtor collected the $1600 through her agency, then sent me a check for what was leftover after her fee ($256). 

I have a an agent "on my team" but as luck would have it one of the agents under her in her agency is the listing agent so I don't really want to go through them to get to much info.

As @Jeff Bridges mentioned, there are a lot of variances between the different agencies involved.Bank owned properties are straight forward.

I'm less interested in the construction side of it (most of the material I've found deals with this part), but more lacking in knowledge of the process from the have nothing, to finding deals, getting financing, the process of buying the land, city fees, building permits, average cost of hooking up water and power, and communicating with city planning agencies.  

My initial goal as it pertains to real estate agency was to become a part time agent as a way to make a side income while gaining access to a on of education sources.

collection agency might not proceed until heard in small claims,, I guess find out. 

I have no problem with dual agency.
