The main unit (we planned on occupying) is a 3/2 and is the perfect size for our little family. 

I have lived in both Pearland and Friendswood and IMO, they are both great places to invest and I'm also looking to purchase properties in these areas.Friendswood has great schools and attracts high quality tenants.

My main advice is to not use something like legalzoom. 

However, with lower competition and high returns, I can see why it's attractive.
