Hello, BP community! I have a purchase agreement and an assignment contract that I needed a good real estate attorney to vet to make sure they're good for PA, NJ and possibly other areas (but mainly PA) that plan to wholesale in. Could anyone here point me in the right direction? Your help is much appreciated in advance!
