You could sell this property, but you'll definitely have to disclose this and the process will be more complicated.

It is a single family home and sits on an irregular sized lot so I don’t believe it can be knocked down and rebuilt, but would definitely need to be renovated.  

Wondering if anybody knows the legality involved with both of these being checked. 

I could definitely buy a multifamily by myself but it would be in a less desirable area that we might not feel as comfortable living.

@Melissa Umedai have to assume this property is not turnkey as turnkey by definition means that no major work is required...what's the interior like?
