@Alex Keedy I don't think you need to be trained as an appraiser, an experienced real estate agent can help you with comps.

In doing some we missed some items that we had to go back and redo costing us a little bit of time.

I started working as a broker in March of 2020 during Covid... and it really took a toll on me because I had zero clientele and as a newer broker I just took advantage of doing trainings and building up my social media marketing.

I know there are some training books and courses out there, but has anyone on here actually created (sponsered) and investment deal?
