and it would have feed on itself.. happy clients reinvesting telling others etc etc.. one of the biggest MISS I have ever seen in the 20 years I have been funding turn key operators.  

These 2 goals feed my 1,2,5,10, and 20 year plans which is why I'm using 2020 to gauge the who, what, where, when, how, and why.Starting my prelicensing course TODAY and getting prequalified for a mortgage in 3 weeks.

I had enough money to go through the summer comfortably and feed my family.

I have posted on FB in the past about my especially interesting REI situations, and I don't expect all my friends to understand, but since I do not saturate anyone's feed, I doubt anyone is annoyed.

Everyone that is over leveraged goes underwater and those of us that were responsible go on a feeding frenzy with the foreclosures.

In Baja we're technically on city water, although it feeds out community, which also has a back up reserve system of three days.

My son just woke up at 5am....I'm posting on BP while my wife feeds him.

And #2-- don't listen to anyone on this feed that isn't a multi-millionaire.

Always keep them Negative folks on your corner and keep feeding them info because their negativity will be the motivation you need!!!
