He said $1.95 for the first week then $9.95/week thereafter until canceled.Based on what they show on their website the listings look almost exactly the same as what you'd find at foreclosurelistings.com, rehablist.foreclosure.com, and other such sites.

does anyone have a way to find a property owners telephone number? I have address and can get them easily however I don't have a good place that can give me a number any suggestions?

A standard width for a well laid out floor plan of a typical town home is 24' to 30' which means you should be able to get 3 units on the site, you have to allow for an access drive to the rear parking/garage area.
