Mostly because I A) prefer not to work with them B) am very uneducated on how to handle them C) feel there just isn't enough of a spread to work with for wholesaling (at least for the ones that have called in).I need to be schooled in the way of the condo.I had one landlord who was looking to sell a rental but would not budge from his price which was at/slightly above FAIR market value.I had one "rehabber" who had a rural home which he was in the process of turning into a duplex but he wanted more than 2x the actual value of the home.
