Hello BP - I would like to market directly to local owners who do not occupy their properties.

I have been dealing with the same issue, any direction would be greatly appreciated!

The above strategy you mention about helping borrowers get back on track is definitely the most ideal scenario IMO but you have to be aware of the fact that a good percentage of the time it doesn't play out that way.

First of all, turn key companies are buying at much better prices further up street such as at auctions and direct from distressed home owners.

There's no savings to be gained by working directly with the seller's agent.
