I'm looking to sell some homes in Florida via a Land Trust - using an installment sale of the beneficial interest.Currently hunting for an attorney to get this done.Can anyone recommend an attorney that understands Land Trusts in Florida?

Since I do work from home I will be hunting down all the clubs to keep me from going insane living in the burbs.

They have some unique things going on there, such as the famous eagle hunts, ancient monasteries, going up a 2500 foot sand dune, yak-racing, etc.Another option would be to visit India, which I can help you with.

After reading the bigger pockets books on taxes I'm on the hunt to find someone thats a good fit for me that is local as well as good groups!

By far the majority of sportsmen are pretty conservative but there is pretty much a consistent push for more federal funding (at least within the hunting/fishing media) of wildlife habitat and the private management of wildlife habitat, except for very large operations, in such a way as to be profitable and protect the investment that leads to higher scoring animals loses the designation of "fair chase" hunting.

I'm still hunting for a couple good contractors to allow me to turn a corner and accelerate my deal flow. 

You just need to hunt around and do some comparison shopping.Are you area bound?
