Hey all,As I hunt for my first multiplex, I'm coming across 3/2 SFHs with either one or two apartments in a detached building behind it.

I'd be interested in a hearing about how you hunt for syndications is going.

So it does seem like you would be disappointed if the prices went up even more and i noticed you mentioned your son is 1 so he only has another 3 years before pre-k sometimes house hunting can take a while.

Hunting for 25bps in rate is negligible and I would go with the lower cost loan as opposed to the lowest interest rate (especially in lower loan amounts since the rate doesn't impact P&I payment as much anyway). 

Hey BP peeps,I'm on the hunt for a new Property Manager in Lubbock, Texas.

It starts with educating yourself on the market and the space and developing the proper skillset.

Especially since not one dime goes to overhead.. the founding core which can all be found on BP  each put in their own donations to fund the start up get the proper structure with the IRS etc..

They're extremely beneficial when used properly.
