Hello, I've tried searching this topic, but could only find an article about a car left in a garage a house was bought.  

Contruction is about half way done on I43 and I41 and the areas served by improved access will likely see an increase in value and populatiry.

AND try to find a market where you do not have to compete as much with 2nd home demand - a place where people go to vacation but is not top of mind for a rich guy's vacation home destination (ski town, lake house, etc.).If you are asking for the secret market that returns 20% cash on cash without any renovation or difficulty, that doesn't exist.

We currently have a house in a stable market (not extreme pricing increases currently as some markets seem to have) in am area with military bases.

The house I'm buying will be used as a long term rental.

I don't know if I should rent out the house and hold it for several years, BRRR the house and sell it in a year or so, try and build a business on the additional lot, or try and find a commercial property investor to sell it all.

We want to buy a multi family of 2-3 units and house hack by living in one and renting out the other one or two units. 

The housing market will not be this scarce forever and like Henry said it all ebbs and flows.

A hard money loan is a type of loan used by people who want to buy houses but can't get regular loans.

Has anyone considered using a company like Curbio to flip houses?
