Geeesh guys, aren't we(well mostly you guys) being a little too harsh by continuing to poke fun at this guy?

Anyone could come to the same conclusion based on harsh feedback about the house: "The lot was half slope without usable yard, the master was small and isolated, the courtyard was wasted space..."

We also have PERFECT WEATHER all year long ...

hey everyone, when you post ads online weather its buying or selling, what are some ways/words that you use to generate leads that REALLY stand out that grabs the seller/buyers eye.

Then run your numbers realistically and make sure you can weather a storm if one comes.
