I would also contact your tenants and ask them if they suffered a loss in income; you can point them in the direction of some State and Federal government assistance programs.

The federal government will be strategically deploying financial aid to districts that need it most.

No one was forced to give away product by the government.

While the most recent government program seems to focus on helping them meet payroll I am still trying to see how/if it will offer them help with their rent payments.

Governments telling people they dont need to pay their mortgage or rent if they cant afford it, combine this with the highest spikes in unemployment ever seen.
