I would also like to look for investment properties in Coastal NC region.From what I've gathered from a few people I know who work for Intracoastal Realty in New Hanover County, it sounds like the housing boom is not what it was 2-3 years ago and things are starting to flatten out a bit, but there are still some great deals out there.They also mentioned that for a while everyone was listing their homes for sale and nobody was buying, this was during the housing crises earlier last year.

I truly believe wholesaling you have to be a people person or just down right "motivated" to build client list first and then start searching for homes.Also, by joining a club, you get to meet other wholesalers exchanging of information or form a team.Create list through email and take pictures of properties and short info and blast the info to your clients.Don't forget BUSINESS CARDSSSSSSSSSSSSS

We didn't have a sherriff on hand and clearly the only things we actually left on the curb were things that only the tenant would value such as his clothing and personal items. he actually showed up an hour after we left and gathered all of the bags from out front. he actually called right then asking about his belongings and storage fees if I held them and such.
