Investment property questions in coastal carolinas

Hi, everyone I am a newbie at the real estate game and wanted to know if anyone has any suggestions on finding decent propertys in the coastal carolina areas, such as New Hanover, Brunswick, Columbus, and Pender counties? Ive looked in the MLS for the areas but the propertys are so few I just think there has to be more. Please help with any suggestions....
