Some benefits are that they obviously require a lower down payment, and lower credit scores are permitted, etc..

Here a 3rd party that doesn't benefit either way that is over 18 and a resident can serve , then I send via mail. 

I love learning as much as I can so any books, online articles, etc that you recommend would be a big benefit to building my knowledge. 

He has taught me so many lessons to apply to my business, I will be benefiting from them for the rest of my life and undoubtedly will gain far more $$ from the lessons than what this tenant has cost me.
