(Sometimes the places are advertised here instead of/in addition to furnishedfinder.com) Of course, I also recommend looking at furnished finder. :)I will mention that there are several STRs that are on the market being sold now and some agents are mentioning that the market is saturated.

They have jobs and are responsible people who can afford a furnished rental for their family/themselves- they are almost all homeowners themselves i am guessing.I have a buddy that does an STR in the desert also, he has similar experiences.

Some receive a government check and can't afford and apartment, some have temporary jobs with unstable income, some can't get utilities due to past mistakes or can't pay the deposit, some can't afford to furnish apartments, and some don't want the cost of monthly upkeep of a house ie lawn care.
