Hello everyone...I just attended the NEREIA in Chelmsford Ma last night....Wow...a lot of people showed up...very nice atmosphere...very informative...Im not going to lie, I was a bit hesitant in speaking with people there...I have absolutely no experience..but I know I need to hammer down and just do it.....I need to emerse myself in it...Thinking about starting to wholesale..I need to know bout p/s agreement , assigning, etc....anybody have any suggestions would love to pick ur brain...

However, if you have a buyer's exclusive agreement, then in this case, yes, you might be in a pickle of sorts.

It's also important that your money and realtor get along... nothing like losing a deal in the final hours as your loan falls apart.

They routinely chase documents in the final hour instead of upfront and fail to secure the proper paperwork on time. 

It sounds like it could be a great way to diversify a portfolio, but I'm still unsure how exactly how it works, and the articles I've read is flying over my head (maybe old age is finally getting to me haha).

Hopefully next week I will have Granite and cabinets finally finished.
